How a new swimmer starts
Before the first class, every swimmer spends a short visit in the water with an instructor. There is nothing to prepare, and parents may stay at the edge of the pool.

What happens at the visit

Step 1: Arrive and rinse
Come ten minutes early. Your swimmer rinses at the showers and signs in at the front desk.

Step 2: A short time in the water
An instructor gets in with your swimmer and plays a few simple games along the wall and on the steps.

Step 3: The instructor chooses a level
The instructor suggests a level and a cap color, and shows you the classes that have room.

Step 4: Pick a class time
You choose a time on the schedule and we hold the place.
